In our cooking classes, we are sharing with you the secret recipes of the Nonnas (ita/ grandmothers), seasoned and re-imagined with professional expertise and taught with plenty of kitchen tips for you to take home. Our vision is to honor the cuisine of the centenarians - our Bluezone inspired dishes will show you just how delicious nutrient dense food is.
